Angela Ross
A certified anti-money laundering specialist, certified risk management professional and seasoned operations exec, Angela offers strategic advice on complex payment, operational, and regulatory issues, and is adept at problem-solving and providing actionable solutions to corporate clients, start-ups, fintechs, acquirers, and financial
institutions.
Angela also serves on the board of the Association of Payment Professionals. She is a graduate of Illinois State University and currently lives in Chicago.
Liz Pike
Specializing in private recruiting for payments, fintech and executive leaders, Liz is highly adept at placing fractional talent in the merchant acquiring space.
A passionate DE&I advocate, Liz volunteers for many of the industry’s most impactful advocacy groups, including the Association of Payment Professionals, Phoenix PayTech Women and Phoenix Rising.
In 2022, she received the prestigious PayTech Women Founder’s Award, and also became an ETA 40 Under 40 honoree. Liz is a graduate of Arizona State and has called Phoenix home for 20 years.

Joe Aburdene
Joe brings an unmatched understanding to all facets of SaaS, with deep expertise in human capital and recruiting tech, restaurant automation, and outsourced engineering. He has helped organizations ranging from seed stage up to high value tech companies including Meta, Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe and Google.
Joe earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University and his MS in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering from Penn State and currently lives in L.A.
